Nutrition is the foundation of health that is a key pillar in living life to its fullest and unlocking one's highest potential. Nourishing our bodies and finding joy in movement are fundamental components to self-care, which enable us to show up as our best selves in every area of life. Proper nutrition and regular physical activity are not just tools for managing health, but pathways to improving our overall quality of life. I’m passionate about guiding others to feel their best by helping them make informed choices about what they consume and how they care for their bodies through movement. As a future registered dietitian, I aim to foster a deeper understanding of how nutrition fuels not just physical health, but mental well-being as well. I emphasize that healthy eating and exercise is both a privilege and a service to ourselves. I aim to guide individuals to explore the transformative effects of a healthy lifestyle that I have experienced, to experience health from the inside out, to nourish their bodies in ways that promote healing and vitality, and to inspire a balanced approach to wellness.

I thrive on seeking a deeper understanding of concepts and challenges, ensuring I’m well-equipped to tackle any task.
